Demonstrating leadership in advancing California’s energy efficiency goals.
The state of California has been recognized since the 1970’s as a leader in energy-efficiency policy, helping to keep the state’s per-capita electricity use constant while it has grown considerably in other parts of the U.S. These initiatives have been advanced through research and energy code development supported by the work of the California Energy Commission. M. Neils Engineering, Inc. has been proud to be a part of this legacy through our lighting energy research and consulting services.
