M. Neils designed the new electrical service and distribution system for the expansion and relocation of this production metal finishing plant, installed in an existing warehouse. The project scope included a new 480 volt electrical service, new 480 volt and 120/208 volt electrical distribution system, and electrical branch circuits to process equipment and convenience outlets.

The firm prepared construction documents and specifications including the electrical site plan, electrical service and distribution one line diagram, electrical floor plans indicating equipment and outlet locations, and electrical load calculations and panel schedules. As prime consultant on the project, M. Neils coordinated closely with the electrical contractor and expedited the design process in order to complete the project quickly and efficiently.
