Providing electrical engineering services, M. Neils designed modifications to the existing medium voltage electrical distribution system to replace the existing chiller switch and developed a preliminary cutover plan to maintain operations during construction. Structural Engineering services were also provided by M. Neils for the equipment anchorage.
