Project Overview
Electrical design for the new construction of a replica historical train depot. The building houses offices for the Dixon Chamber of Commerce, as well as a conference room that is available for public use. The parking lot functions as a park and ride area with connections to local bus service.
The project scope included electrical and telecommunication services, interior lighting, power, intrusion alarm, parking, pedestrian pathway and landscape lighting. M. Neils as a subconsultant performed electrical and lighting design and prepared electrical drawings and specifications.
