Electrical design services for a 3,000 square foot new restaurant tenant improvement. The restaurant was designed around the concept of an organic, participatory environment where guests could experience a variety of spatial atmospheres, from the warm and intimate to the grand and celebratory. Services provided included new electrical service and distribution, interior lighting, lighting controls, electrical power connections to signage and equipment, convenience outlets, telecommunications conduits and boxes, and Title 24 lighting energy compliance. M. Neils Engineering, Inc. prepared construction documents and specifications and provided construction support.
